The rules
- In Deliveroo’s words: “AI-generated images are not permitted on Deliveroo.”
- Photos are rejected for obvious editing, collages or heavy Photoshop.
- No hands, faces, text or watermarks.
- Hero images need at least 5 different dishes as the main subject, at 16:9 that still works cropped to 3:2.
- Menu Manager has its own image enhancement and Image Rescue.
AI images banned AI-generated images are banned. Only honest fixes to light, colour and straightening are safe, and our photo lab only offers those for Deliveroo.

Should I upscale a small photo to meet the Deliveroo minimum?
No. Enlarging adds pixels, not detail, and the photo looks soft. Our tools never upscale: a photo below 1200 × 675 is skipped for this size with the reason, so you can retake it.
