About this notice
This is the pre-launch website for the Nest & Pixel studio. Confirmed legal operator details will be added before the site is used for public trading. Until then, privacy questions can be sent to hello@nestandpixel.com.
Information you choose to share
When you submit the project form, your name, email address, property name and selected project type are sent through a Cloudflare Worker to Nest & Pixel's private Feishu notification channel so the studio can respond. The free-form message is not included in that notification; it stays in the email draft opened on your device, which you can review, change or abandon.
If you email the studio, the message may contain your name, contact details, property information and anything else you choose to include. That information is used only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.
Website delivery data
This is a static website. It does not currently use advertising cookies, visitor accounts, a customer database or behavioural analytics. The hosting and network providers may process routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested page, to deliver and secure the site.
Email, Cloudflare and Feishu
Cloudflare processes the form request and routine delivery logs. Feishu processes the structured notification sent to the studio. If you send the email draft, your email provider and the studio's email provider also process its contents under their own terms. Nest & Pixel does not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from a conversation by emailing hello@nestandpixel.com.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be reviewed before public launch and whenever the site's data handling changes, for example if analytics or a analytics or another contact provider is introduced. The date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are made.
