About this website
This is the pre-launch website for the Nest & Pixel studio. Confirmed legal operator and business details will be added before the site is used for public trading. These terms describe the current website and enquiry process; they are not a substitute for the written agreement issued for a paid project.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending the project form or an email does not create a contract, reserve availability or commit either party to proceed. A project begins only when scope, price, timing, responsibilities and payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Prices and project scope
Website projects currently start from £1,000. The final quote depends on content, number of pages, booking integration, brand work and other agreed requirements. Optional annual care is listed from £179/year; domain, third-party and exceptional support costs are confirmed in the project proposal. Multilingual content and gift voucher pages are separately quoted additions.
Content and permissions
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to use the photographs, logos, reviews, copy and other materials they supply. Ownership, licences and transfer of final project materials are set out in the individual project agreement.
Booking and other third-party services
Nest & Pixel can connect a website to an established third-party booking service such as Q-Book or Freetobook. It does not operate the booking engine, payment system, availability calendar or channel manager. Those services remain subject to their own availability, fees, contracts, security and support arrangements.
No guaranteed commercial results
Examples about commission, direct bookings or discoverability are illustrations, not promises. A website may improve clarity, presentation and the route to a direct booking, but Nest & Pixel does not guarantee booking volume, revenue, search position, Google Business Profile performance or inclusion in AI-generated recommendations.
Art-direction imagery
Images identified as independent art-direction studies communicate the studio's visual approach. They are not client work, endorsements, live commissions or representations of a specific property.
