What your photo becomes

What our resizer and photo lab export for DoorDash, worked out with the same code they run. Larger photos are scaled down to the best size; nothing is ever enlarged.

Questions

What size should DoorDash photos be?

Landscape 16:9, at least 1400 × 800 pixels, 2 MB maximum. Portrait and square photos are rejected.

How many photos does DoorDash need?

No minimum published.

Can I use edited or AI photos on DoorDash?

Photos must show the item accurately; upscaled photos are rejected.

Should I upscale a small photo to meet the DoorDash minimum?

No. Enlarging adds pixels, not detail, and the photo looks soft. Our tools never upscale: a photo below 1400 × 800 is skipped for this size with the reason, so you can retake it.
