The rules
- Always have at least 6 photos published. Fewer than 6 for more than 30 days can lead to an indefinite suspension.
- Multi-unit properties need at least 1 building exterior, 1 interior or lobby, 3 guest room and 1 bathroom photo.
- Duplicates are removed and do not count towards the total.
- Horizontal displays best; vertical is accepted. JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or SVG.
- Photos may be rejected for black and white or sepia, collages, text or URL overlays, watermarked borders, extreme close-ups, or near-duplicates.
Must be accurate Photos must represent the property accurately. Black-and-white and sepia edits are rejected outright.
